Our new Microgreen pots are delivered to you live and ready to eat.

You can either cut them and start eating straight away, or put them in the fridge to slow down their growth and cut as you go!

Why the move to live pots instead of cut punnets, isn't it more hassle for you growing in individual pots instead of big trays?

Well...yes, slightly, however we know that these little gems are best at their freshest. We don't like the idea of the greens sitting in a punnet in the fridge, even if they do tend to last well, we want the freshest, most nutritious product to go out from our urban farm to your table.

How do I take care of them?

The microgreens are growing in a layer of compost in a recyclable, food grade cup, which means they can hold a little water. Your greens are perfectly ready to go, but if you want to keep them growing you can add a little dash of water each day to keep them at their best!

Keep them on the windowsill if they'll be gone within 3 days of delivery or, to keep them going a little longer you can pop them in the fridge which will slow down their growth.
